Booking confirmation, communication relating to the rental, and keeping track of where our equipment is.

GDPR Art. 6.1.b (performance of a contract) and Art. 6.1.f (legitimate interest).

5. Retention period

3 years from your last rental, after which the data is deleted.

6. Data sharing

Your booking data (name, email, phone, rental details) is stored in Notion, our internal management tool, which acts as a data processor. If you accept statistics or marketing cookies, browsing data is shared with Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). We never sell data to third parties.

7. Cookies

Cookies necessary for the site to work (basket, security, remembering your cookie choice) are always active. Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies are only set after your explicit consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie button at the bottom left of every page.
